In the mid range 600 series is the XL 611. This is an exceptional reel for Deep Dropping and for Trolling. Equipped with our most complete Super Digital control system with a large, legible and backlit display. The Auto Stop function and the Jigging function are fully customizable. The capacity and power of the generous motor ensure the easy retrieval of even large fish. The XL 611 SD-M comes with Manual Handle standard. The level wind option is also available on the XL 611 SD-M-LW

Super Digital Control

Our most advanced digital control system. It combines simplicity, functionality, and numerous customization possibilities. Super digital models are equipped with a programmable meter counter based on the type of line used. This function allows you to always know the exact amount of line that has been released. It can be programmed with any type of line in addition to our Braided lines, thanks to the customized loading. Another function is the automatic stop which can be totally customized. You can choose whether to recover a percentage of the line lowered into the sea or to stop the recovery at a predetermined depth before the surface. The Super Digital models are also equipped with the special Jigging function with different selections settings or programmable at will. The display is large, backlit and with adjustable contrast. As an option, a remote control is available to remotely control the reel.

Manual Handle

The Manual Override function consists of a handle that allows, if required, to help the reel for the recovery of particularly demanding prey. The 1 to 1 ratio and the anti-clockwise movement of the Manual Override handle allows you to develop an important traction that is added to the recovery. The crank also facilitates finer adjustments to the lowered or retrieved line.

Speed Control

The speed control allows you to always recover at your preferred and ideal speed by slowing down and assisting the action of the clutch. This is a great feature in the recovery of prey or allowing you to recover quickly.

Jigging Switch

The Jigging button allows you to operate the reel at maximum speed. Releasing the button, the reel will return to the previously set speed. The Jigging function is extremely convenient not only for the practice of this technique allowing very quick recoveries but also for line adjustments.

On / Off Switch

The main button of the unit is easily accessible and operated even when wearing gloves.

Twin Drag

The exclusive double action clutch of the 600 series reels is unique in its kind because it has been developed expressly for electric recoveries. Also, the new adjustment lever with safety lock which, in addition to avoiding accidental operations, prevents the high rotation speeds of the reel typical of electric reels from transferring to the clutch by un-regulating it.

Fiberglass Spool

The reel spool is made of fiberglass with anti-dilatation metal inserts. This specific construction of the spool allows the direct use of metal lines (mono or wire) without any precautions.
